Auburn, Washington: Comcast Summer Sounds and Outdoor Cinema Begins This Week

. While many outdoor movie events and film series' are winding down, the city of Auburn is just heating up. Comcast Summer Sounds and Outdoor Cinema begins this Friday with a concert featuring the musical talents of "the Pop Offs" and an outdoor movie screening of Horton Hears a Who. For the next three Fridays, friends, families, and neighbors will have the exciting opportunity to see free family-friendly movies under the stars. Each movie will also feature a pre-show musical concert. Attendees are welcome to bring a picnic to the outdoor cinema, although concessions will be sold on-site. Concert and movie-goers are encouraged to bring blankets and/or chairs. The concerts will begin at 7pm; movies start at sundown.
