Outdoor Movies are Back On!
It's a happy ending for fans of Cinema Under the Stars, the outdoor venue that screens classic and cult movies.
For a few months, it looked like the theater would have to go dark.
See, it operates in the back of a hair salon and the building isn't zoned as a movie theater. But with the help of community supporters, Cinema Under the Stars will return for another season starting June 18.
The building is being upgraded throughout the summer to comply with the city codes. But that means you'll still be able watch your favorite Audrey Hepburn and Cary Grant flicks.
A few highlights include Roman Holiday, June 18 to 21; Raiders of the Lost Ark, July 2 to 5; Blade Runner, Aug. 8 and 9; and Muriel's Wedding, Sept. 17 to 19.
