Outdoor Movie Idea: The Blind Side

The Blind Side is based on the true early life of Michael Oher (played by Quinton Aaron), an offensive tackle who went on to the NFL. The film follows Oher struggling through his early school years with little hope for the future, until Sandra Bullock’s Leigh Anne Tuohy—a determined Southern woman—takes him in and helps set him on a path toward success, all the way to becoming a highly recruited college player and NFL draft pick.
Bullock won an Oscar and a Golden Globe for her performance, and the film earned a host of nominations, including an Oscar nod for Best Picture.
