Orlando, Florida: 'Movie Knight' at the University of Central Florida Shows Outdoor Movies

UCF's Movie Knight -- part of Homecoming 2008 -- screened Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull at Memory Mall on a 50-foot inflatable screen. It was the first year the recently redone Memory Mall complex served as the full amphitheater for the event. Attendees received free popcorn and a commemorative Homecoming 2008 mug.

“This is the first year that Movie Knight has been held at Memory Mall since it's been redone,” said executive director Ashley Vance. Movie Knight is distinct from UCF's regular “Movies on the Plaza” outdoor series. UCF Arena stood ready as the rain backup after the previous year's rained-out event.
