Open Air Cinema Completes 61 Outdoor Movie Events in August

August is not generally known as a quiet month, but this one managed to exceed even its own expectations. Open Air Cinema completed a calendar of 61 events—an impressive number by any standard, and one that suggests a great many evenings spent setting up screens, checking projectors, and waiting for the stars to appear on cue.Customers booked more outdoor movie events and open-air cinema venues than ever before, which is gratifying in the way that only a very full schedule can be. It means more movies, more locations, and more people discovering that watching a film outdoors has a peculiar charm that stubbornly refuses to wear off.
