Lindon, Utah: Open Air Cinema Launches America's Largest Consumer Inflatable Outdoor Movie Screen

Open Air Cinema announced the 16 × 9 ft Open Air Home Screen, at the time the largest consumer inflatable outdoor movie screen available in the U.S. The 220-inch-diagonal screen is built from matte white, wrinkle-resistant ripstop nylon with a black backing that improves contrast and blocks light from behind. It weighs under 20 pounds deflated, packs into a duffle bag, inflates in seconds with the included blower, and carries a 20 MPH wind rating.

“This new size truly converts your backyard into a huge cinematic experience,” said Stuart Farmer, president of Open Air Cinema. The screen was available as a standalone purchase or as part of the newly announced CineBox Home package, which bundled projection, sound, and all required cables into a complete backyard theater kit.
