Guyra, Australia: Outdoor Movies to be Shown on a Giant Inflatable Movie Screen as Part of Australia Day Celebrations

Guyra Shire Council and the New England Credit Union brought three nights of free outdoor cinema to the Guyra Recreation Grounds in New South Wales as part of Australia Day celebrations, on January 24, 25, and 26. Residents were encouraged to bring a chair or blanket. Entry and parking were free.

The programme: Mamma Mia! on Saturday (Meryl Streep was nominated for a Golden Globe for her role); the animated Surf’s Up on Sunday; and Get Smart on Australia Day, 26 January.
