Duluth, Minnesota: Outdoor Movies in the Park Screened in Duluth, Minnesota
Each Friday, free outdoor movies are screened in Duluth's beautiful Leif Erikson Park, but this week only the date has been switched to Sunday. These outdoor cinema events are very popular, so come early to stake out a spot in front of the giant inflatable movie screen.
Movie-goers are encouraged to bring a blanket and/or chair to sit on. Food and refreshments will be available, but alcoholic beverages are not allowed. Also, smoking is prohibited except in designated areas. Dogs are welcome as long as they are leashed and cleaned up after. If the weather is too bad to show the movie, an announcement will be made at showtime.
Duluth Movies in the Park is presented by Twin Ports Outdoor Movies. This free outdoor cinema event strives to promote community spirit and public entertainment. Friends, family, and neighbors gather to watch the family-friendly movies each week. It's a unique opportunity to experience larger-than-life films on a giant inflatable screen under the stars.
These events are perfect for the whole family as they draw cinema to the Great Outdoors. You bring the blanket, and they'll provide the stars!
