Cornelius, North Carolina: Enjoy Outdoor Movies Each Summer in Cornelius, North Carolina

Join the Cornelius Parks, Arts, Recreation and Culture Department for movies under the stars! Each summer, outdoor movies are shown in various locations around the city, featuring films such as "Bee Movie" and "Shrek the Third". The "Boat-In" at Ramsey Creek Park, hosted by the Charlotte Mecklenburg County Parks and Recreation Department on July 26th, gave spectators the opportunity to view the movie from land or from the lake. Boaters were able to watch the movie from their boats and receive audio via boat radio or hand held radio. All movies are shown on our state-of-the-art inflatable movie screen.
