Bellevue, Washington: Free Outdoor Movies in the Park; Downtown Movies in Bellevue, Washington

Outdoor Movies in the Park in Bellevue, Washington

The City of Bellevue is offering free, family-friendly outdoor movies this summer. Half the screenings are movies in the park, the others are downtown movies. Each Tuesday night you will have two unique outdoor venues to choose from: Eastgate Park, or Downtown Bellevue. Downtown movies start between 8:30 and 9 p.m.

Eastgate Park movies start between 8 and 8:30 p.m. The outdoor cinema screenings are free, but they are collecting goods for local charities.

The movies, which are family-friendly and carry a PG rating, include "Bride Wars," "Second Hand Lions," "Kung Fu Panda," "Ghostbusters" and "Back to the Future." Bellevue families and neighbors have enjoyed the outdoor films so far, and the screenings this August are expected to be very popular.
