Auburn, Washington: Comcast Summer Sounds and Outdoor Cinema Begins This Week

While many outdoor movie events and film series' are winding down, the city of Auburn is just heating up. Comcast Summer Sounds and Outdoor Cinema begins this Friday with a concert featuring the musical talents of "the Pop Offs" and an outdoor movie screening of Horton Hears a Who. For the next three Fridays, friends, families, and neighbors will have the exciting opportunity to see free family-friendly movies under the stars. Each movie will also feature a pre-show musical concert.
Attendees are welcome to bring a picnic to the outdoor cinema, although concessions will be sold on-site. Concert and movie-goers are encouraged to bring blankets and/or chairs. The concerts will begin at 7pm; movies start at sundown.
