A fairly new amphitheater in Papillion is hosting free outdoor movies at the “Starlight Movies Series”. The outdoor cinema is new with great lighting and a friendly atmosphere. Three hundred and fifty comfortable seats are available in the front. The tiered design ensures a great view of the outdoor film from every seat.
Other seating is available farther back on the lawn. The lawn is sloped, but it may be more difficult to see. Many people bring a blanket to place directly in front of lawn chairs, in order to have a nice view of the outdoor movie. Either way, do not forget to bring bug spray!
The Amphitheater will be open for seating at 6 pm and cartoons will start at 9pm. Outside food and beverage is prohibited, but there will be concession stands.
Directions: The amphitheater is located off of 108th street and Highway 370. Going south on 108th, pass the Papillion-LaVista South High School on the left and drive until you see it!
