Parker, Colorado: Parker Chamber of Commerce Presents Outdoor Movies in the Park in Parker, Colorado

Photo Credit: Parker Chamber. Parker Chamber of Commerce has been screening outdoor movies in the park all summer long. There are two opportunities left to see a movie under the stars. The outdoor films are shown at O'Brien Park in downtown Parker. All of the movies are family-friendly and shown on a giant inflatable movie screen. Over 500 people have been attending each screening thus far, so be sure to get there early and stake out a good spot for your family. There will be pre-show entertainment such as trivia contests and magic shows starting at 7:15pm. Concessions will be available for sale, but movie-goers can bring picnics as well as pets as long as they are leashed. Movies: Hotel for Dogs -Aug. 22; Madagascar 2 -Sept. 5 (rescheduled from July 25) Where: O'Brien Park in downtown Parker; near the intersection of Parker Road and Main Street. Parking is available at the O'Brien Park parking lot and Crossroads Shopping Center Time: Pre-show entertainment begins at 7:15pm; movies begin shortly after sundown or around 8:30pm Admission: FREE!
