The event developed from 40 years of German Wednesday Night Cinema in Bangkok , which showcased German contemporary cinema and classic films. The silver screen experience moved outdoors in 2004 due to popular demand.
The best contemporary German and Swiss films have been selected for your viewing pleasure this year. The season opens with Fatih Akin's multi award winning film THE EDGE OF HEAVEN.
