Outdoor Movies in the Park in San Antonio, Texas There are three remaining outdoor cinema screenings this month at HemisFair Park in San Antonio, Texas. The outdoor movies are shown every Thursday and since they are free, it should be fun for the whole family! Who doesn’t love seeing movies under the stars? Granted, the outdoor films to be shown are older fare… but classics nonetheless: “Footloose” on Aug. 13, “Top Gun” on Aug. 20 and “Urban Cowboy” on Aug. 27. The outdoor movies begin at 8:30pm. Bring blankets, chairs, family, friends, neighbors, and anything else you need to get comfortable at this fun community event. Dubbed “Movies by Moonlight”, this is a very special outdoor cinema series and it is not to be missed!
