The Port Neches Avenue Merchants Association presented Fall Fest on the Avenue this past weekend on Saturday, Oct. 18, from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. at the corner of Port Neches Avenue and Nall Street. The Fall Fest featured several activities including an outdoor movie.
A pets in costume parade and costume contest was held and there were also childrens’ activities such as face painting, a coloring contest, an inflatable slide, a street magician and other local entertainment.
They also featured a car and motorcycle show and various food vendors. The outdoor movie “Monster House” was shown on a giant inflatable screen beginning at 8 p.m.
